Essential Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ prior customer service and/or inbound sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when under pressure
  • Must have computer skills
  • Ability to learn from others and work in a team-based environment
  • Handle all calls with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm while maintaining compliance guidelines
  • Ability to explain services or products benefits to customers

Your Role

  • Join a team focused on supporting the customers of one of our premier investment research clients
  • Be an ambassador of our clients’ business by cultivating lasting customer relationships
  • Become a subject matter expect – don’t worry, we will train you
  • Resolving our customers queries with empathy and patience
  • Help our business continue to evolve – be fearless and ask questions
  • Uses procedures and knowledgebase reference materials to assist in answering customer inquiries
  • Recommend products and services that benefit the customer as well as increase sales for our clients


Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday – 11:30am – 8:00pm ET*

*First two weeks of training, shift is Monday through Friday – 10:00am – 6:30pm ET
